Dr. Stewart is an associate investigator with CADRE and a Professor of Business and Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow at the University of Iowa with expertise in team design and team characteristics that impact performance. Dr. Stewart has a particular interest in understanding the multilevel effects of team-based approaches to health care delivery. Dr. Stewart provides CADRE Investigators with conceptual grounding in aspects of team design that are important in developing effective interdisciplinary interventions and provides expertise in observational and survey-based methods for measuring the effectiveness of health care teams.
